I'm completely new to plants, what's the proper way to water plants or choose a spot?
We have a section in the navigation bar which will lead you to the plant care page. On that page will be different articles that will show you the basics, step-by-step.
Where can I find information on the plant I'm buying?
There will be instructions for light and watering in the description of every plant. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to send us and email or give us a call.
Do you offer classes?
We do! Tickets for classes will be available here. Class topics include Houseplants 101, Container Gardening, Herbs and Veggies, Propagation and more!
Can I have a photoshoot in your greenhouse?
Yes! Photo Fees are $50/hour to shoot in our nursery during business hours. If you would like to arrange an after hours photoshoot give us a call or send us an email. The fee for an after hours shoot will vary on a case by case basis.
Did the store hours change?
Our hours change based on the season. During the Spring and Summer, we are open every day from 10am-7pm. During the Fall and Winter, we are open every day from 9am-5pm.
What is your return policy?
We allow in-store returns for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. We do not have a plant guarantee, but if the plant is in retail quality and hasn't been taken out of its original plastic pot, we do accept plant returns. Pottery can be returned if it is unbroken and has not been potted in. We do not offer returns for items purchased online.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes! Dogs are allowed on the property, but they must be on leash. Keep in mind that most of our property is covered with black landscaping fabric that can get up to 200°F during the summer.
Shipping FAQ's
When will my package arrive?
All orders will be shipped out on the following Monday. If your order is placed before 10am on a Monday, it can be shipped that same day. Packages usually take about two days to be delivered, but can take up to 4 days if it's more than a state away. Our location is in Austin, Texas.
Where's my tracking information?
Your tracking number will be created on the same day your order is sent out. You will receive a tracking number through whatever email was entered in the contact details. You'll also receive a tracking number from square shortly after. If you do not receive any tracking number after the following Monday, give us a call and we'll sort things out.
Online returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for online orders. If you are dissatisfied with your plant's health upon arrival, send us an email at contact.tillery@gmail.com and we'll get back to you.
